Hands down, Showroom Windows and Doors is, in my opinion, the only company to work with. For now, I wanted the front windows replaced and a new door and storm door for both weatherization and an updated look. I didn't give my HOA a chance to approve 'non-grid' windows, which would have looked even better and more updated but wish I would have now. However, even with those grids, the new windows are beautiful, sturdy and keep the front of the house at the same temperature as the rest of the house. I cannot recommend this company enough and plan to use them when I am ready to update the rest of the house. Specifically I want to comment on a few things I learned about this company during this process - Brandon (owner) is hands-on when he needs to be, truly down-to-earth, knowledgeable and easy to work with. My windows & doors project was a much smaller job, but he treated it as though it was a big job and gave me that respect. Luke (door guy - so much more than this, but really!), also very knowledgeable, experienced, and down-to-earth. Heather (not sure of her title, but awesome!) she was kind and professional every time I called or had questions, Dave (project manager) also so down-to-earth and knowledgeable... In fact, every person I worked with during this process was kind, knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell, etc., they just truly love what they do and it shows. There are so many window/door companies in this area to choose from, but checking their reviews it's the same theme - "I got windows/doors, had a problem after install, no one helped"... NOT the case with Showroom Windows and Doors.. every job from enormous/extremely costly, to small/small but also somewhat costly is treated with the same dignity and respect... look no further, this is the company for you!!

Our project involved the demolition of an 8-ft by 8-ft rear wall section that contained a door and a window, and installation of an 8-ft by 8-ft glass sliding door-and-window combination. Showroom Windows & Doors flawlessly completed every step of the project from design to finish and follow-up, with professionalism and attention to detail. They listen and sincerely care about customer concerns! The difference in our greenbelt view is dramatic and we're delighted with our choice of Showroom Windows & Doors. My experience with Showroom Windows/Doors was in one word, OUTSTANDING! Pricing was fair and the Marvin windows look great and will serve us well. You can purchase the same product from other stores, but you will never receive the same service, from purchase to installation. The entire team are true professionals that will not stop working until you are completely satisfied. Unforeseen problems popped up during installation requiring additional craftsman other than the regular installers. They didn't attempt to take shortcuts or cheap solutions to make sure everything was done right. Sixteen windows and a set of patio doors were installed. They couldn't have been more perfect!

This is the best company if you need windows or doors.they carry the best products,have the greatest customer service.they beat any quotes we had received from other companies.the work was wonderful. Our salesman was great everything he said was done. They will not let you down.

Showroom Windows & Doors in Austin just finished installing our new front door last Saturday. What can I say… It looks great! I am very happy and very impressed with their product and their service. Dane in operations and Luke, who installed the door, were very professional. Sales people were knowledgeable and clear about my options. Lots of different doors, sizes and finishes to choose from.An excellent experience all around.

For whatever reason, my window order took longer than expected. When they finally came in, we were scheduled in a few days. The crew worked hard for two full days and the result was well worth the wait, especially the finishing details. That’s what turns a good finish into a fabulous result. You can always tell a good company when you have issues. We had a few (wrong door ordered and a slider being dirty inside the window (manufacturering defect). They Immediately re-ordered both with a high priority (1 - 2 weeks). The Marvin Essential windows really enhance the looks of our house. And we hardly hear any outside noises that we used to. Highly recommend Brandons’ Showroom Windows and Doors.

We love love love our new doors. It makes our house feel brand new. The guys were so nice and worked so hard to make things look amazing. The masonry looks like it was an original part of the house.

No photos yet because we are still remodeling, but I wanted to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Brandon, Patrick and Heather. Ours was an order for a small number of windows and we spent a good deal of time making our decision. This company was exceptionally patient and courteous at all times. I tried various other window dealers in the area, some of whom didn't even respond to emails or phone calls, so it was great to get the level of service that we received from Showroom Windows. Showroom windows did such a great job. Brandon worked with me to get exactly what I was wanting. His crew installing the windows also did a great job. I‘m now using Showroom Windows to do the rest of our house. I will definitely recommend Showroom Windows and Doors to anyone!

We got 5 windows and 3 doors replaced by showroom windows and doors. They did an excellent job, were professional and friendly, and focused on doing the job the right way not the quick way.

Outstanding people, product and service from Showroom Windows and Doors! We could not be happier with the attention and service we got from Brandon and his team. Patrick (sales), Dayne (ops), Angel (install team) and Brandon (owner) were all very professional and knowledgeable. There was never any high pressure sales like other companies, consistent check-ins and they over delivered on all commitments. I researched a number of companies along with Marvin, Pella and Anderson windows and decided on Infinity from Marvin based on quality and price. I then had to find a company who could sell and install the Marvin windows. We did our window project in two phases and we selected another window company in Austin for the 1st phase. While the windows were awesome and the install was good for the most part the follow-up was pathetic. I could not get the company back out to complete the finish work around our window casings from damage done during the install. So we decided to use Showroom Window and Doors for the 2nd phase. Again the windows were awesome and this time the install crew was also awesome. The biggest difference was they completed all finish work needed for the limited and usual damage around our window casings before finishing the install. They do not leave the job site until all work is finished to the customers satisfaction. In fact, some of our window casing look even better than before. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and professionalism we experienced from Brandon and his team!!!! Night and day experience compared to the other window company.

I met with a variety of window installers, like Pella, Andersen, and performance remodel or something. I looked for a "local" option and found Showroom. What made me move forward with Showroom was the ability to get a mix of windows from Pella and Marvin. I wasn't limited to just one brand. I wanted fancy black fiberglass for the front of my house (coz curb appeal, right?) ane vinyl for the sides and back.The installation was great. Jeff was my main contact, and he provided quick responses and patient, detailed answers. I am really, REALLY happy with my windows. I also feel confident that if I need anything post installation that the Showroom team has got my back!

We had been waiting on this project for years because we just didn’t know what to do. Brandon came over and together, we came up with a beautiful and functional solution. The end product is perfect and we love it. We will be giving them another call when we replace our windows because they were so great. Give Brandon a call for all your window and door needs!

I went with Showroom Windows & Doors because I really wanted to install Marvin wood windows in our bedrooms and had a hard time finding local companies that could get them for me. I didn't want to deal with Marvin Replacement, which has a scammy reputation. I had a great experience with sales and the install team at Showroom, who all went out of their way to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the final install. These windows look and function beautifully inside and out. Can't wait to do the rest of our house some day.

Really great experience! Luke and Trina ran the install of our new front door and patio door and the results look amazing. They took time to cover the little details that others miss. They also cleaned as they went, I'm used to having to clean up when others leave the job site! Also shout out to Jordan for making us feel comfortable parting with our hard earned cash. He walked me through all the options from the start and communicated throughout! Would work with Showroom again!

To be completely honest, everything wasn't perfect and we definitely had some issues along the way. But Brandon made sure to handle any and all issues as quickly and thoroughly as possible. And for that, they deserve 5 stars. I appreciate their service and our new doors are GORGEOUS!

Showroom was exceptional to work with. From my experiences with Justin and Brandon and Angel and Jose and the crew were all phenomenal. We navigated various challenges on my 1947 home for full siding and window replacement, and the result is nothing short of stunning. We are beyond thrilled and would recommend them to anyone.

We wanted some new windows and we ended up replacing 6 windows with 5 Marvin Fiberglass windows and it was the right choice.The installation crew showed up on time and we walked through the project. He explained what was going to happen and how. He used plastic tarps to cover the floor and some larger items in the rooms so any dust would not get on it. They were carful when removing the glass of the old windows and then the aluminum frames. They offered to touch up paint but they were so awesome, I didn’t need it.We went with Marvin over Anderson and Pella for several reasons:1) quality! Fiberglass has a thinner profile and fits right where the old windows were without having to cut out any part of the sheet rock to make it fit. Marvin windows are stronger and better looking. And the number one reason was value. I was able to buy these for about 40-50% cheaper than Anderson or anyone else.Overall, the entire process was professional and issue free from sales to install. 5 stars! No question! Great job guys! We could not be more pleased with our experience! From Brandon coming out and helping us design our project, to the actual install! The entire process was from start to finish was great! The entire team is not only professional, but they were all so kind, and passionate about what they do! Our beautiful black metal sliding doors were ready in a timely manner, no delays, speedy booking for install, and arrived in perfect condition! We are currently working on another project because we were so so pleased! You wont be disappointed with this amazing company!!

Good communication, good quality, good value. they replaced several 1950's windows, but more importantly, they were able to remove a couple of windows and installed windows 3x the size. They took care of the entire job-- framing, drywall, trim, stain and paint. Love my new windows!

we had the standard back doors, one was stationary replaced with a beautiful custom oversized sliding glass door. Brandon and his team knocked it out of the park! it completely changed the look of the entire back side of the house. we absolutely love it!
