The installation tech, Billy Dimas, is outstanding. He is the reason for the 5 stars.
We fought with our general contractor to use Showroom. Our windows and door were on time, but there was an issue with the door threshold. It was completely wrong.
After many meetings with all parties a number of ideas were floated to correct the issue. Billy was present for all but one meeting and he consistently tried to interject solutions. He was mostly ignored.
Once everyone left, Billy was left to complete the task. Billy explained what he was doing at every step. As work progressed, Billy explained why certain proposed fixes would not work. Billy proposed his fix and the end product is fantastic.
We are happy customers, thanks to Billy. Though we had to do modifications, Billy was able to give us a beautiful alternative.
Billy is thorough, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you are contracting with Showroom, ask for Billy to be your installer.

Billy Dimas just finished installing our Anderson windows and did a fantastic job. He was on time, communicated every detail and was very respectful of our new oak flooring. He protected my rugs and cleaned the windows inside and out at completion. They are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Billy Dimas did an outstanding job with the finishing work following our window and door installation project. He repaired sheet rock, textured, and painted the wall to match the adjoining walls, and painted the interior trim. He was meticulous, kept the area very clean, dust free, and was a pleasure to work with.

We had all of the original aluminum-frame windows on our 30-year-old home replaced with Pella windows. I wasn't initially going to give Showroom five stars because it took a little while longer than we expected to get everything buttoned up. But it seems that delays are becoming more and more common these days (for various reasons), so I'll give them a mulligan there. The bottom line is that our new Pella windows look great, the installation (now that it's completed) is clean and tidy, and we're happy campers! Man, how nice it is to look out upon our trees and wildlife as if we were sitting outside! Special kudos to product specialist Robbie Kubiak and Billy (from Honduras) who applied the finishing touches. We would not hesitate to recommend Showroom Windows & Doors to all our friends and family.
