Start to finish these guys were great to work with! Quick install, cleaned space as they worked and very pleased with the windows we selected. Everyone I’ve interacted with at the company has been helpful and quick to respond. We had some minor caulking issues that needed touch ups and I called and was able to get someone out that same week. Billy D. came and quickly worked and did a beautiful job repairing the caulk. Our experience with Showroom Windows has been nothing short of Exceptional from the initial inspection and quote with Ryan, to the installation with Roberto.
Ryan explained the entire process and everything happened exactly as he said it would!
Roberto and his crew were very professional, kind, and courteous! They not only did a high quality job, they also did it quickly and efficiently, plus they cleaned the area up nicely.

We had a great experience with Showroom Windows.  They replaced an old sliding glass door with a new, high quality Marvin door.  The installation team was first rate and did the job just as planned, even though it was a difficult installation because door opening was not plumb.  A week later, when the door latch became hard to unlock, they sent Billy Dimas out and he saw that the lock mechanism was faulty.  He ordered a new lock mechanism and then installed it when it arrived from the factory.  He carefully installed the mechanism  and got it functioning smoothly. Jesse was awesome in readjusting my front door!  Thank you for taking great care of my windows and doors!

Update:  These guys went above and beyond to fix a window that had been leaking. Not only was the window fixed but the drywall was replaced and the texture redone. It's awesome to have a company stand behind their work and make sure the window looked good from the outside and inside.

We were so happy with their work on our home about a year and a half ago that we hired them again to replace the rest of our windows and two doors with Western Windows products. We had a wall of old windows that I wanted to completely reconfigure into a large, beautiful door, and Showroom Windows and Doors did an incredible job helping me figure out how to make it happen. I had a very specific look in mind, but between the location in my home, the Texas climate, my budget, and the fact that I didn't want the maintenance that came with some of the materials normally used to achieve that look, we had to get creative. They worked with me to find a totally different way to accomplish what I wanted, and I absolutely love how it turned out.

The whole design process was actually fun. They helped me work through different options until we landed on something that made sense for our house and still gave me the look I was after.

I also have to mention the subcontractors who handled the finishing work. The drywall repair and refinishing on the inside was meticulous, and the stucco work on the exterior was incredible. I really wish I had their names because they deserve a shoutout individually.

This was a pretty major change to our house, and the finished result is gorgeous. I'm so glad we went with Showroom Windows and Doors and would absolutely recommend them.
